We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage cash flow, address customer issues related to bank accounts and financial transactions, reconcile data with systems, and ensure timely payments to Merchants/Partners. You will work closely with other departments to support Merchant onboarding, operations, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and merchants, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Support merchants with onboarding, operations, payment-related issues, disputes, and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, fraud and risk, business development, account management, optimization, and integration for merchant payment-related concerns.
  • Work closely with the Product team and recommend back-end tools that will improve customer service.
  • Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying issues, recognizing trends, and sharing reports with the EVO team.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, track and report performance, and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Assist the Operations leader in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities and training for merchants.
  • Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Commerce.
  • At least 02 years of experience in merchant support, operations, rewarding products, or related fields.
  • Good problem-solving skills, the ability to search for solutions and make quick decisions, and good communication skills are also essential.
  • Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, data management, and performance reporting.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites is preferable.
