What you will do
Develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and identify relevant KPIs to attract and retain customers in the fast-moving financial technology market.
Work closely with stakeholders, including Business Development, Product, Strategy, and Digital Marketing, to initiate and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to propose seasonal or themed campaigns.
Take lead and supervise working processes and outcomes across internal teams and agencies (advertising, media booking, activation, OOH, etc).
Continuously develop and optimize the marketing budget for lead generation.
Leverage market overview and customer insights to support sales forecast.
Manage ROI, competitive analysis, customer/leads, and CRM.
What you need to have
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
At least 5-8 years of professional experience in Marketing Communications with a proven track record and must be fluent in English.
Having a strong foundation in B2C inbound/ content marketing and marketing automation, CRM
Pose a strong analytical and strategic mindset that can come up with new initiatives based on data. A willingness to experiment and understand how A/B testing work.
Experienced background in FMCG, Financial Services, Retail, Technology, or E-commerce is highly preferred
Knowledge of consumer finance, risk assessment, credit scoring, big data, and artificial intelligence topics will be a plus
Creative communicator with an ability to work across multiple channels, including written communications, video, social media, and visual content
Strong project management skills as well as being a team player, and having high communication and advisory skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders are essential for the role
Dynamic and proven self-starter who is able to work independently and within a team. Experience working in a multicultural and diverse international environment
