EVO Credit Card is a co-branded credit card that leverages TPBank's expertise in banking services and Trusting Social's advanced AI-powered credit scoring technology to provide a range of benefits and features to cardholders. These include worldwide acceptance, enhanced security, flexible payment options, cashback rewards, and EVO Points that can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including travel vouchers, hotel stays, and flight tickets. The card is designed to offer convenience, flexibility, and value to users, while also leveraging advanced technology to streamline the application and approval process.

As a Marketing Lead, you will be a critical member of our marketing department, responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to oversee the day-to-day activities of the department, conduct market research, and analyze marketing performance to optimize our branding campaigns.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into our target audience and industry trends.
  • Analyze marketing performance and branding health reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather data and provide insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Manage various social media channels and other digital touch-points to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
  • Oversee the development and production of advertising assets in partnership with external agencies.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Communicate directly with partners and agencies to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver pitching presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing literature and other collateral to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or similar fields.
  • At least five years of experience as a growth marketing (assistant) manager or brand (assistant) manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced background in FMCG, Financial Services, Retail, Technology, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in brand management, marketing analytics, and working with external agencies.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, and tactics and actively update best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
