Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Support marketing manager in organizing various projects
Conduct market research and analyze consumers, performance marketing, branding health reports
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver pitching presentations
Manage various agencies for TVC, advertising assets production
Manage social touchpoints including fanpages, social communities, instagram, tiktok and other channels
Publish and audit marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicate directly with partners and agencies and encourage trusting relationships
Oversee the planning and execution processes of branding campaigns
What you need to have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
At least two years' experience as an (assistant) brand manager or (assistant) growth manager / marketing manager in an FMCG, / Financial / Retail Company
Proficiency in brand management, brand strategy, marketing performance and working with agencies
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
