What you will do

The successful candidate should have excellent verbal & written communication, strong experience in UI/UX design, strategic thinking, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, problem solving skills, and customer-centric mindset. This role is reporting to Customer Experience Manager. Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business model, user behaviors and optimize user experience by communication strategy
  • Define Writing Style Guide with team, propose relevant workflow of CX Communications and ensure deliverables in a timely manner
  • Come up with ideas, generate useful & concise UX communication content (email, push notification, landing page…) and cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints
  • Work closely with User Experience team to deliver various projects of CX
  • Receive and execute content requests from stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager

What you need to have

  • Major in PR/Marketing/Journalism/Communication or relevant
  • At least 3 years experience in Content Strategist/UX writer, familiar with UI/UX design
  • Fintech/E-commerce preferable
  • Outstanding UX writing and editing skills in Vietnamese & English for both B2B, B2C audience
  • Creative, result-oriented, analytical mindset and critical thinking, attention to details
  • Strong project management & reporting skill, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work under fast pace and tight deadlines
